Privacy Policy

If you take an AI screening call, we keep what it produces on this schedule:

• Screening call recording (audio and video): 180 days after the call, so the call can be reviewed and appeals and corrections handled, then deleted automatically.
• Transcript, results and the hiring decision: kept for four years as the employer's record of the hiring decision, and deleted once four years have passed since the last call or decision on your application.
• Your résumé, if you upload one: kept for as long as your candidate record.
• If you ask us to delete your data, we delete the call recording and your résumé within 30 days. The transcript, results and decision record are kept, because they are the employer's record of the hiring decision. You can ask from your profile, or by writing to privacy@skillvee.com.

If a company asks you to confirm it's you before a screening call or a simulation, you photograph an identity document and take a selfie. A model (Google's Gemini, which processes the two photos for us) reads the document's type, the country that issued it and the name printed on it, and says whether the two faces look like the same person. It reads nothing else off the document: no number, no date of birth, no expiry date. We never store a face template that could recognise you anywhere else. We keep what the check produces on this schedule:

• The two photos, any snapshot taken to confirm it's still you during the call or the simulation, and the name read off the document: 30 days after the check (7 days on a test run), then deleted automatically. A recruiter who needs a closer look sees them only within that window.
• The result, its confidence, the document's type and issuing country, and the versions of the model and instructions that ran: kept as part of the hiring record, for as long as the screening call's results or your simulation results above.
• Your consent record (which notice you agreed to, in which language, the name you typed, when, and your browser): five years, so we can show that you agreed to the check if that is ever questioned. While it is kept, the screening record it belongs to is kept five years instead of four.
• If you ask us to delete your data, we delete the photos, the snapshots and the name read off the document at once, and remove your email address from the check. The result and the consent record stay, as the employer's record of the hiring decision. You can ask from your profile, or by writing to privacy@skillvee.com.
