Plain English, before you start.
How you're evaluated
What we look at
We score the work you produce and the way you go about it: the decisions you make, the questions you ask the people around you, the quality of what you hand over, how you use AI tools, and how you spend the time.
Where the criteria come from
The dimensions you're scored on are derived from the job description for this specific role, and every candidate for that role is scored against the same ones.
A person reads everything
We produce evidence, not a decision. There is no automatic pass or fail, nothing is filtered out before a human looks at it, and we never send the hiring team a hire or no-hire recommendation. The hiring decision is theirs and always was.
What the recording is for
Your screen, camera and voice are recorded so your reviewer can see how the work actually happened, and so the scores can point at specific moments rather than impressions. The scoring instructions forbid inferring your seniority or ability from your appearance, your speech patterns or your demographics — what is scored is the work.
What you control
You can stop before you start and tell the hiring team why, including asking for an accommodation. Afterwards you can delete your account and everything in it — recording, transcript and scores — at any time from your profile.
